Our Story
The owner of EJ’s Appliance Repair is Everett M. Johnson. Everett and his wife, April, and 4 kids (Everett Jr., Gabby, Elijah, and Nolan) live in Mount Sterling, KY (Montgomery County).
EJ’s was started officially in May 2019 after Everett spent 6 months buying, fixing, and flipping used appliances to help get out of student loan debt. The need for local appliance repair services became obvious that it would be a good idea to start an official in-home appliance repair business. The rest is history.
Although EJ is the owner’s initials, then it was named EJ’s in honor of his late father Everett Johnson. He was often referred to as EJ and after his passing in 2018, owner Everett went through some personal growth and started this whole process in an effort to make his own life more meaningful. This is where the passion for helping others has truly come from.
